REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered from Hunter James. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

TRUCKER HATS
Due to sanitary reasons, all trucker hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@hunterjamesbrand.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
